Man Faces Murder Charges In Broomfield Death
Nicholas Licata, 33, was arrested in connection with a death investigation Jan. 17 in Broomfield.

BROOMFIELD, CO — Police identified a man facing first-degree murder charges after a death investigation in Broomfield last week.
Nicholas Licata, 33, was arrested Jan. 18 around 8:30 a.m. after a body was discovered at a home in the 100 block of Agate Way, Broomfield police said.
Police did not identify the victim or specify any relationship between Licata and the victim.

Police said there were no threats to the public. Police said the family affected had "asked for privacy during this difficult time."
