BROOMFIELD, CO — An Ohio-based real estate concern purchased the Terracina Apartment Homes in Broomfield for $106 million in October, county records show.
As first reported in BizWest, the decade-old 386-unit Terracina development at 13690 Via Varra was sold Oct. 19.
BizWest reports the seller as Terracina Villas LLC, registered in Colorado with California equity firm Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC.
