Plant-Based Food Experts In Broomfield For VegFest 2018

BROOMFIELD, CO – The veggies are coming, the veggies are coming!

Broomfield's 1st Bank Center will be the site of one of Colorado's largest plant-based/vegan lifestyle gatherings July 28-29. The two-day "VegFest Colorado 2018" is a fair, open to the public, with cooking demonstrations and speakers on health, diet and environmental issues. There will be food samples from local vegan restaurants and exhibitors from commercial and non-profit organizations that promote a plant-based diet.

Tickets are $10 at the door, free for children under age 16.

SATURDAY, JULY 28

10:30 a.m. - Speaker: Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn
