Westminster Haunted House To Hand Out Free Halloween Costumes
The Frightmare Compound Haunted House will sponsor a costume giveaway this Saturday for families in need.
WESTMINSTER, CO – A haunted house in Westminster will give away thousands of free Halloween costumes Saturday to families who need one.
The Frightmare Compound Haunted House told Fox31 staff thought up the costume giveaway as a way to celebrate the haunt's 35th year in operation at 10798 Yukon St in Westminster.
“We were trying to think of something different and cool that no one else has ever done before,” owner Josh Holder told the TV station. Holder said the company acquired about 5,000 costumes and will distribute them from a trailer (1 per family, please) this Saturday, Oct. 20 starting at 9 a.m.

Sizes range from infant to adult, Holder said.
