COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- Police arrested a female Sierra High School student Thursday in Colorado Springs after she allegedly attacked a female teacher. The school is located at 2250 Jet Wing Drive.
According to a police report from the school resource officer, around 11:30 a.m., the teacher was attempting to administer a test when the student arrived in her class to retrieve a jacket from another student. The teacher attempted to block the student from entering the class because it wasn't the student's assigned class, police said in a statement.
Police said the student knocked the teacher to the ground and punched her multiple times with a closed fist as fellow students intervened and tried to pull the student off the teacher.
