Massage Heights in Colorado Springs Now Open

Two local entrepreneurs celebrated the opening of their second Massage Heights retreat in Colorado Springs on Aug. 10. The location is located at 9288 Forest Bluff View and owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Mike and Barbara Shoptaugh.

From now through Sept. 3, guests may purchase a one-hour massage or facial for $24.99. The offer is valid at both Massage Heights in The Highlands and the Shoptaugh’s first local Retreat at 5925 Dublin Blvd., Suite 130.

“We recently celebrated the one year anniversary of our first Retreat in Colorado Springs and are indebted to the community for its ongoing support and positive feedback we’ve received over the past year,” said Mike Shoptaugh, adding that the couple is also excited to create 20 new jobs for their hometown. “We’re strong believers in having regular massages in one’s life and we’ve sincerely enjoyed helping hundreds of people through massage therapy. By opening a second location, we will be able to expand our services to help even more people.”

The Shoptaughs bring more than two decades of experience as franchise business owners in the local Colorado Springs community. Mike is the president of A Pro Home Inspections while Barbara is the business partner. Together the couple launched Massage Heights in Colorado Springs.
