Person Arrested After Barricading Self In Vehicle
The suspect was possibly carrying explosives.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- SWAT and a bomb squad surrounded a person barricaded inside a car, possibly carrying explosives.
That person was taken into custody a short time later. Deputies are in the process of clearing his vehicle.
