Our snowplow crews are on full call out city-wide. Their focus is currently on primary routes and school areas. Travel will likely be difficult and icy for the morning commute. Slow down, allow yourself extra time, and use caution while traveling. If using Mountain Metro, be sure to view departure times on their website to check for delays.

Our snow crews are preparing our roads for winter weather. The storm could impact your evening commute. Snow will likely continue overnight with heavier snow expected north of Woodmen Road.

Snow accumulations of five to 10 inches are possible in higher terrains and two to six across lower elevations. The storm may impact commutes Monday evening and Tuesday morning. City snow crews are on full call out. They have pretreated known trouble areas such as Filmore Hill, Garden of the Gods Road, Centennial Blvd, Rockrimmon Blvd, Union Blvd, Woodmen Road, Austin Bluffs Parkway, Voyager Pkwy, Northgate Blvd, Old Ranch Road, Academy Blvd, Platte Ave etc. Snow and Ice Control operational focus will be on primary routes as snow begins to fall and snow fall rates ramp up in the early evening.
