The main house features 22-foot ceilings in its great room, custom Capoferri windows from Italy and Shou Sugi Ban, a cedar that has been charred in a traditional Japanese technique that protects the wood, listing agents said.

The buyer can customize the home theater, wine room and outdoor kitchen, agents said.

The home's construction is expected to be completed this fall.
