The property, which has been listed for $25 million, includes a 13,800-square-foot main house, a 75-foot pool and a 2,600-square-foot guest house.

The main house features 22-foot ceilings in its great room, custom Capoferri windows from Italy and Shou Sugi Ban, a cedar that has been charred in a traditional Japanese technique that protects the wood, listing agents said.
