4 New Business Expansions In Metro Denver

DENVER, CO — Four companies have announced expansions in Colorado over the past several weeks, and they are set to hire nearly 700 new employees.

FileInvite, Service Express, Finder and Melio are all expanding their operations in metro Denver.

Here's a look at the businesses' profiles and the jobs that are being offered.

FileInvite

The New Zealand software as a service technology company has announced Colorado will be the site of its United States headquarters, which is expected to bring more than 140 new jobs to our state. FileInvite helps businesses improve customer experience and increase productivity by simplifying the process of collecting documents and sharing information with customers.

“Our rapid growth demonstrates the need in the market for simple, yet impactful document collection solutions like FileInvite,” said James Sampson, CEO and founder of FileInvite. “We are looking forward to being a part of the Denver tech community and tapping into the high caliber talent in the area.”

Colorado beat out Utah, Illinois and Texas for the new U.S. headquarters.

Service Express

The data center services provider has announced an expansion of its Denver area operations, which will include the addition of 100 positions. The expansion is the latest in a period of rapid and continuous growth, which includes the recent acquisition of Blue Chip.

“Denver has an incredibly talented workforce and, as Service Express continues to grow, we’ll follow talent with our expansion strategies,” said Joshua Leatherman, chief marketing officer, Service Express. “Denver has become a magnet for tech-savvy, strategic thinkers who are innovative in their work and want to be a part of a talented team. Finder

The Australian-based company provides people with an app-based financial comparison tool for making decisions about personal purchases. Finder chose the Denver area for its second U.S. hub, and the company is expected to add nearly 200 new jobs in our state.

Finder’s Colorado operation marks the continued trend of increased foreign direct investment from Australia and joins fellow Australian companies Propeller Aero and Cochlear that have elected to call Colorado home.

“It’s a really exciting time in Finder’s history as we scale to become the most useful and valuable personal finance platform for consumers,'' said Finder USA CEO Don Ross. “Now more than ever, there's a demand from our customers to develop a deeper understanding of their finances and find valuable ways to both save money and create wealth.”

Colorado competed with Utah, Texas and North Carolina for Finder's second U.S. hub.

Melio

Melio is a business-to-business payments platform in the U.S. for small businesses. The New-York based company, which was founded in Israel, chose Colorado for its western U.S. headquarters and plans to begin recruiting for 250 new jobs in the state.

“Colorado brings a vibrant small business ecosystem, strong talent pool and strategic geographic benefits that will enable Melio to better connect with our growing user base across the U.S.," said Matan Bar, Melio co-founder and CEO. “This new office in Colorado along with our continued expansion in New York will help Melio on its mission to keep small business in business and provide our users with free, simple and secure payment solutions.”
