59 Jobs Lost As Denver Industrial Landlord DCT Shuts Down
The logistics landlord was acquired by a competitor in April.

DENVER, CO – After being acquired by a competitor, Denver industrial landlord DCT Industrial Trust, Inc. announced they would be closing their Denver headquarters and laying off between 55-59 employees.
Positions from CEO to receptionist are being eliminated, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) notice filed with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment by John Spiegleman, executive VP and corporate counsel.
"Bumping rights will not be available and there is no union representing any of the affected employees," Spiegleman said. The company's headquarters is located at 555 17th Street, Suite 3700 in Denver.
