AMBER Alert Update: 2-Year-Old Found Safe, Police Say

A 2-year-old child was in a car when it was stolen in Denver, police said.

DENVER, CO — An AMBER alert was canceled Saturday in Colorado after a 2-year-old child was found, Denver police said.

The boy was inside a vehicle when it was stolen, according to the alert. The child was later found at the intersection of East Exposition Avenue and South Monaco Parkway in Denver, according to multiple reports.

The child was "located safely," police said in a tweet sent at 4:48 p.m. No further details about the case were released.
