Denver Real Estate Prices Expected To Fall
New report says that prices along the Front Range 0 including Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins should top out in the third quarter of 2019.

It's been a good run for home prices in Denver. A new report says that should continue for another two years and then a drop. A big, dramatic drop that will affect the whole Front Range including Denver, Fort Collins, Boulder, and Greeley.
The new report from Location, Inc. - which was first reported by The Denver Post- sees prices continuing to hike through the third quarter of 2019. Then the drop comes.

By 2022, prices should be 21 percent lower than they what's expected to be the high point in 2019.
Location - using a new tool they call Scout Vision - predicts a nearly 10 percent decline in the median home price across the region.
