"Is a Power of Attorney or Living Will Right for Me?" will take place Dec. 13

From CO Judicial Dept:The Denver Probate Court, in partnership with Metro Volunteer Lawyers, has scheduled a free, public clinic to discuss issues surrounding powers of attorney and living wills.

The presentation “Is a Power of Attorney or Living Will Right for Me?” is scheduled for 1 p.m. Dec. 13, 2018, in Room 431 of the Denver City and County Building, 1437 Bannock Street.

Volunteer attorneys will discuss powers of attorney and living wills and the benefits of completing them.

Immediately after the presentation, Metro Volunteer Lawyers volunteers will be available to meet with income-eligible individuals to complete powers of attorney and living wills.
