Merryhill Preschool Students Deliver Toys for Those in Need
Pre-K students from Merryhill Preschool delivered toys to Arapahoe County Human Services to benefit local families
On Thursday, Dec. 12, Pre-K students from Merryhill Preschool in Aurora delivered gifts to Arapahoe County Human Services. Over the past few weeks, Merryhill Preschool students worked together to collect a variety of toys for local children and families in need, just in time for the holiday season. Through this initiative, students have been learning the importance of helping their community.
Arapahoe County Human Services works to build strong communities by promoting the safety, independence and stability of individuals and families. This government program, which is part of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, works to protect children from abuse and neglect through investigations, services, foster care and adoption.
