DENVER, CO — Denver is getting its first-ever fall restaurant week, organizers announced Wednesday.

The event, scheduled from Nov. 13 to Nov. 22, will showcase local restaurants with special, multi-course dinners for set prices. Diners will also be able to order the dishes via takeout or delivery.

Denver Restaurant Week is normally held in February, but organizers decided local businesses could really use the extra boost amid the coronavirus outbreak.

"This fall, Denver Restaurant Week’s latest iteration will focus on advocacy for the industry while keeping the health and safety of the community top of mind."

Restaurants often see a lull in November, so the new fall event will help with business, the organization said.

Each restaurant will create a special menu for the set prices of $25, $35 or $45.

Restaurants that want to participate can sign up here beginning Oct. 5. A list of participating restaurants and their menus is set to be announced Oct. 26.
