Peanut Up For Adoption In Denver: 'Inquisitive, Playful Puppy'
Peanut is up for adoption through the nonprofit RezDawg Rescue.
DENVER, CO — A labrador retriever named Peanut is up for adoption in Denver through the animal welfare organization RezDawg Rescue. The nonprofit rescues stray, feral and abandoned dogs who are struggling to survive on Native Reservations in the Four Corners Region. The rescued animals are then vaccinated, spayed/neutered, treated for any medical issues and placed into a foster home.
In Peanut's bio, RezDawg volunteer Jackie Vlcek writes that Peanut "is an inquisitive and playful 8-month-old puppy. This smart girl is very treat motivated and loves learning new skills. She will thrive with a dedicated owner committed to completing her training, and, in turn, she will reward them by being the most loyal and loving companion."
Peanut — also called Vida by her Denver foster mom — is fantastic with other dogs and older kids, according to RezDawg.
