DENVER, CO — A Southwest Airlines computer outage is causing delays at Denver International Airport and other hubs across the country.

The exact issue was not disclosed by the airline.

"We are aware of system issues and are working quickly to resolve. We will share more info soon," Southwest tweeted Tuesday.

Denver airport officials described the outage as a "network connectivity issue," and said flight delays are likely.

More than a dozen Southwest Airlines flights were delayed at the airport overnight Monday and Tuesday after a weather-related outage was reported by the airline. Just under a dozen flights were canceled.
