X Denver Welcomes 1st Residents, Announces Social Club Menu

DENVER, CO — The new 813-bedroom X Denver apartment complex near Coors Field has welcomed its first round of residents. The complex's membership club is expected to begin its soft opening in May and host a grand opening in June, X Denver said.

The Chicago-based company chose Denver for its branded community complex, which includes a restaurant, a rooftop dog park, a wading and swimming pool, a 30-person jacuzzi, a cocktail bar, fire pits and an amphitheater.

The X Denver apartment buildings, at 3100 Inca Street, will follow all COVID-19 guidelines and have strict cleaning procedures in place, the company said.

One building has 251 units with 579 bedrooms, the second building has 204 units with 234 bedrooms. The suites range from between $1,515 and $1,590 for a studio to between $3,540 to $5,220 for a four-bedroom apartment. The complex also offers co-living spaces for as low as $985.

X Denver residents receive a complimentary membership to the X Club, and non-residents can purchase memberships for $275, the company said.

In-house chef Jason Jones, a Le Cordon-Bleu trained chef with more than thirty years of hospitality experience, will run X Denver's culinary program. Jones spent time with the Food Network in New York working alongside celebrity chefs Bobby Flay, Rachel Ray, Sarah Moulten and Emeril Lougassi.
