DENVER, CO — A 813-bedroom apartment complex and membership club are scheduled to open this spring near Coors Field in Denver.
The Chicago-based X Company chose Denver for its branded community complex, which includes a restaurant, a rooftop dog park, a wading and swimming pool, a 30-person jacuzzi, a cocktail bar, fire pits and an amphitheater.
Despite all the social amenities, the apartments and club will follow all COVID-19 guidelines and have strict cleaning procedures in place, the company said.

“Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was important to create a sense of ‘belonging,’ since safe, social interaction is something we have all been lacking this past year.”
One building has 251 units with 579 bedrooms; the second building has 204 units with 234 bedrooms. The suites range from between $1,515 and $1,590 for a studio to between $3,540 to $5,220 for a four-bedroom apartment.
X Denver residents will receive a complimentary membership to the X Club, and non-residents can purchase memberships for $275, the company said.
