25-Acre Outdoor Lifestyle Campus Planned For Golden
Yeti Cycles new headquarters will be the anchor tenant in a development that seeks to create an "outdoor business ecosystem."

GOLDEN, CO – Longtime Golden-based mountain bike company Yeti Cycles will move its headquarters and become the main tenant in a new business park and "outdoor lifestyle campus" on a 25-acre parcel north of Golden at 5399 State Highway 93.
Fort Collins-based design-build developers, the Neenan Company, will build the new campus anchored by nine acres for the new Yeti Cycles headquarters. The additional 16 acres will be built by Neenan and sold to other companies "within the outdoor lifestyle industry," a press release from Jefferson County said.
A zoning hearing was held June 4 in Jefferson County.

Chris Conroy, president of Yeti Cycles, calls the proposed campus an "outdoor industry ecosystem." The initial renderings of the design include mountain bike trails. “This project fills all our needs – it accommodates our growing company, offers great access to local mountain bike trails, and allows us to fulfill our vision of surrounding ourselves with companies that value outdoor recreation,” Conroy said.
Yeti Cycles began in 1985 and has been headquartered in Jefferson County for 19 years.
Neenan real estate company designs and builds large-scale developments for commercial tenants, hospitals and schools.
“We’re honored to be supporting this engaging development through the current planning and approvals phase,” said Randy Myers, director of real estate. “By keeping the end vision in mind and leveraging our firm’s integrated services, we’re working to guide the proposed development from its inception through the design and construction to successfully deliver this innovative campus.”
