Golden Mill Opens Boasting High-Tech Beverage Wall and More

Golden, CO (Jun 2, 2021) - The highly anticipated food hall, The Golden Mill opened on April 9, 2021. The historic landmark which dates back to 1864, originally operated as a flour mill, eventually transitioning to a long-standing feed and supply store. The space has since been transformed into a food hall and community gathering place, paying homage to its roots.

The 18,000 square foot space is now home to an ice cream shop, a central bar, various food vendors and event and community spaces. In addition to the plethora of food options, The Golden Mill has also implemented a self-serve beverage wall created by PourMyBeer. The high tech system, which has 28 screens and 56 taps, allows guests to pour their own beverages including Sake, Prosecco, cocktails, beer, ciders, wines, and cold brew. The process is simple, guests purchase a beverage card to unlock the taps, and the PourMyBeer system tracks the customer’s tasting journey. This allows for a truly personalized tasting room experience and ensures that a guest will never end up with a full pour of a drink they don’t love. The cutting edge technology also presents a safe solution for guests and allows for a decreased need for wait staff to operate efficiently as guests can safely serve themselves, eliminating touchpoints.
