The suspect is 33-year old William Massey (DOB: 4/8/88). He is charged with three counts of felony menacing. No one was injured and no property damage reported. Witnesses reported hearing three shots, and shell casings were found during the investigation. There is no reason to believe anyone else was involved and there is no danger to the public. This investigation is ongoing.
