At the end of November, there were 115 homes on the market in Golden, with a median asking price of $799,000, up 3 percent from last year's median asking price of $772,000. The median number of days on the market in Golden right now is 69, about 25 percent longer than in October, 2018, when the median number of days was 55.

This three-bed, three-bath home sold for $854K after 53 days on the market. The buyer paid 4.79 percent less than the seller's asking price.
