Arapahoe Sheriff's Office Launches New Online Portal
Arapahoe County residents have a new, cheaper way to access public records online.
LITTLETON, CO — The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office launched a new online public portal that offers residents easier access to important documents.
The new portal is more user-friendly and less expensive than the old portal, officials said.
The updated webpages allow residents to:

- Access public records
- Pay traffic citations and fines
- Pay for concealed handgun permits
- Pay for civil and court processes
Arapahoe County residents can also check the real-time status of their request.
The average service fee for public records is now $2 per transaction, compared to the old fee of $8. The average service fee for a citation is less than $4, compared to the old fee of $8. The fee reductions will save the public more than $8,000 in 2021, the sheriff's office said.

“We hope this new upgrade in technology will serve our citizens well and allow them easier access to public records," said Tyler Brown, Arapahoe County Sheriff.
"This new and improved system will not only save on cost, but it will save time as well."
