Notice is hereby given that the following public hearing will be held by the City of Littleton at the Littleton Center, 2255 West Berry Avenue, Littleton, Colorado:

To consider an application for an Amendment to a Planned Development Plan for property at 1151 W Mineral Avenue (Case #APD21-0001) - McDonald Automotive Reconditioning Facility.

All those wishing to be heard should be present at the time and place stated.

Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on June 14, 2021
All those wishing to be heard will have an opportunity to participate in this virtual meeting via phone. Instructions for participation will be posted on the city’s website prior to the meeting.

CITY COUNCIL
Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on July 20, 2021
All those wishing to be heard will have an opportunity to participate in-person at the Littleton Center at 2255 West Berry Avenue, Littleton, Colorado, 80120.
