The Unified Land Use Code (ULUC) is the framework that will guide land use and zoning for the future. With the release of the draft, residents, businesses, and stakeholders are invited to review and comment on the ULUC through July 30. With each milestone for Envision Littleton, the city has always paused, released a draft, and actively asked the community to check the city’s work. Once again, Littleton has a draft from Kendig Keast consultants that staff, elected and appointed officials, and the community will need to check to ensure the customized land use and zoning code meets the needs and goals of Littleton.

The ULUC now has a website with search functionality and linkages to key terms and concepts. The enCode software has easy navigation, allows comments, and search capabilities. This ease of use is key to the new methodology and structure the city is delivering with the ULUC. It will be available on EnvisionLittleton.org with instructions for commenting.
