Deal Alert! Colo. Applebee's Offer 99¢ Kids Meals On Wednesdays

Up to four children under 12 can dine for a buck with the purchase of an adult entree at Colo. locations.

COLORADO – Just in time for the new school and working-parent schedules this fall, local restaurants are luring families with children to eat out once in a while.

Starting Wednesday, Sep. 12, families across Colorado can take note of a special offered by Applebee’s restaurants: 99-Cent Kids Meals with the purchase of an adult entree.

"Every Wednesday, all day long, children 12 years and under can choose from a variety of a delicious entrées from Applebee’s Kids’ Menu, accompanied by their choice of a side dish, and juice, milk or chocolate milk," the company said in a press release.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer this promotion for families throughout Colorado to enjoy,” said Jennifer Demps, regional marketing coordinator for parent company Apple American Group. “We hope to see many of our neighbors bring their kids in for some quality family time and a great meal every Wednesday!”

The offer only applies for a maximum of four kids (sorry, no soccer teams) and only for items on the kids menu.

The kids menu includes typical children-friendly fare including mini-hamburgers and cheeseburgers, chicken strips, grilled cheeses and the ever-popular corn dog.

Participating Applebees can be found in Arvada, Aurora (Gardens on Havana, Gateway, Iliff), Brighton, Broomfield, Castle Rock, Centennial, Colorado Springs (Galley, Garden of the Gods, North Academy), Durango, Fountain, Grand Junction, Greeley, Lakewood, Littleton, Longmont, Loveland, Montrose, Northglenn, Pueblo, South Pueblo, Thornton and Westminster.
