Littleton Man Arrested, Faces Charges In U.S. Capitol Riot
Patrick Montgomery, 48, is accused of entering a restricted building on U.S. Capitol grounds and disorderly conduct, court documents show.
LITTLETON, CO — A Littleton man was charged in connection with the U.S. Capitol riot, according to court documents.
Patrick Montgomery, 48, faces two charges: violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds and knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful entry.
The FBI released a photo of Montgomery, which showed him inside the Senate chamber, according to a criminal complaint.

Someone posted the photo on Montgomery's Facebook page and asked whether it was Montgomery, and he said he had "nothing to hide," the complaint said.
Montgomery said he left before violence began, according to the complaint. "I didn’t storm the castle violently," the complaint quoted him saying. "My group was let in peacefully by the police we were talking to with respect."

Montgomery owns the hunting company Pmonte Outdoors, according to the complaint.
