Littleton Public Hearing To Discuss Santa Fe Development Proposal
A development company hopes to rezone an area near Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive.

LITTLETON, CO — Littleton City Council is set to host a public hearing Tuesday on a proposal to amend a development plan for rezoning near Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive.
The real estate company Evergreen Development is seeking to move forward with a project that would be built on 110 acres southwest of the intersection, but the area would need to be rezoned.
The proposal would amend the Santa Fe General Planned Development Plan, which was approved more than three decades ago.
