Littleton Shopping Center On 10 Acres Sells For $10.9M

Florida real estate investment group buys Broadridge Shopping Center.

LITTLETON, CO – A Littleton shopping center was acquired by a Florida-based real estate investment group, Commercial Property Executive reported.

SunCap Opportunity Fund LLC purchased the Broadridge Shopping Center in Littleton from Transmark Co. for $10.9 million the news source reported.

The address of the six-building, 76,000 sq. ft. complex is 6905 S. Broadway. Tenants include YouFit Health Club, Mountain High Appliance, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Manna Bakery & Deli, EZ Cleaner and Alphagraphics, the business site reported.

The property sits on a 10-acre site and has 461 parking spaces.

Transmark bought the property in 2012 for $4.7 million, according to reports at the time.
