LITTLETON, CO — Steak lovers in Littleton now have another option in town — LongHorn Steakhouse has officially opened its doors this Tuesday on West Bowles Avenue. The new 5,465-square-foot restaurant offers eight steak cuts, including center-cut Flo's Filet, LongHorn Porterhouse and marbled bone-in ribeye, dubbed the 'Outlaw.'

Beyond its steak dishes, the new location will also offer grilled chicken, Atlantic salmon, slow-roasted baby back ribs and its signature side dishes, mac and cheese and fresh-baked honey-wheat bread.

The new Littleton location is helmed by managing partner Timothy Bodah, who has been part of the LongHorn Steakhouse team for 25 years. He began with the chain as a dishwasher and rose through the ranks, owners said.
