The rain will fall mainly after 11 a.m., weather officials said. The chance of precipitation is 80 percent Thursday afternoon, but the rain could shift to snowfall after 2 p.m.
You can expect a mostly cloudy sky throughout the day, with a high around 43 degrees. Wind will gust up to 10 mph, the agency said.

A low around 31 can be expected Thursday evening, and precipitation is likely, mainly overnight. The wind could gust up to 21 mph, and the chance of precipitation will lower to 40 percent, according to the National Weather Service.

Then the clouds are expected to part for a sunny sky Friday, with a high around 57.
You can also expect a sunny sky on Saturday with a high around 63 degrees, weather officials said.
