White Christmas In Littleton: Chances Dreams Will Come True
Weather forecasters have made their predictions for Christmas 2019.

LITTLETON, CO — If you’re dreaming of a white Christmas in Littleton, it looks as if your wishes have a real chance of coming true.
Forecasters have delved into historical records to figure out where snow is likely to fall on the holiday and Denver's metro area and Boulder could very well be a winter wonderland.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration built an interactive map to figure out which regions of the United States will have the snowiest Christmas, based on climatological measurements taken over the last three decades.

The data from the forecast tool suggests that there is a 50 to 75 percent chance that snow will fall on Christmas Day in Denver's metro area.
AccuWeather’s meteorologists give metro Denver a better chance at seeing some flakes, but they still say it’s around 75 to 80 percent.

But fans of a white Christmas in other parts of the country aren't so lucky.
“I do not see snow on the ground around the I-95 corridor, especially from New York City on south,” said agency forecaster Paul Pastelok.
“Chances for a white Christmas are low.”
AccuWeather says snow this year appears set to fall in the West, the Plains and the Midwest.
The National Weather Service doesn’t give its prediction until much closer to the big day.
