Absentee Ballots Available For Avon May 12 Budget Referendum

The absentee ballot box will be locked at 4:30 p.m. on May 11.

If you still wish to obtain an absentee ballot for the May 12th Budget Referendum, please print the application and drop it off in the ballot box which is located outside of the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall (Building #2) as soon as possible. The Town Clerk's Office will then mail you a ballot which the voter will then need to complete and drop in the same ballot box or mail to the Avon Town Hall. The Town Clerk's Office must receive voted absentee ballots by Wednesday, May 12th in order to be counted. Please note that the ballot box will be locked at 4:30 p.m. on May 11th and will no longer accept ballots. Only mail-in voted absentee ballots that are received on May 12th but postmarked through May 11th will be counted. Any questions, please contact the Town Clerk's Office at (860) 409-4310. Thank you.
