Avon Boy Scouts Available to do Yard Work
Funds raised from doing yard work will go toward offsetting the cost of two trips for Troop 274.

Avon Boy Scouts will be ready, willing and able to take on Fall yardwork projects at leaves begin to come down.
Troop 274 is fundraising for a 12-day backpacking trip through Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico and an eight-day camping and canoeing trip in Maine backcountry.
Four to six scouts ages 12 to 17-years-old with at least one adult are ready to be deployed to do yard work. They will work for free, but the suggested donation is $50 to $75 an hour. Any donations will go directly to offsetting costs for the trips.
