Avon Library To Host Virtual Visit To France On June 3
Participants will not only see some of the country's visual splendors but also learn about the French lifestyle.

France is a special place on earth. Its people enjoy some of the longest lives on the planet and a unique lifestyle. It’s the most visited country in the world while it represents less than 1% of the world’s population. Through the presentation you will see some of the rich visual splendors the country has to offer and learn how their lifestyle embodies a unique way of living. It’s all about savoring the small moments, choosing quality over quantity, and squeezing enjoyment and pleasure into the moment.
Presenter: John Cilio is a historian and storyteller. John lives in Sherman, CT and is the author of six historical books and over 200 articles covering a broad range of topics and has spoken on a wide range of topics in over 60 countries. His goal is to make history relevant, engaging, and enlightening.
