Avon Medical Office Building Sold For Over $1 Million

AVON, CT — A newly renovated medical office complex has sold for $1.1 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The 30 W. Avon Road building has been sold by Avon Medical Properties to Farmington Valley Dermatology.

The practice will occupy the roughly 5,000 square-foot first floor of the building. The two-story, 10,000-square-foot building is located just off Routes 44 and 202, according to The Hartford Business Journal.
