Avon Obituary: Philip Hoskins, 91

Philip Emerson Hoskins, 91, entered his eternal rest, peacefully, on August 4, 2018 attended by his loving children. He shares now the next existence with his beloved Helen.

In keeping with his wishes, a private ceremony will be held at the convenience of the family.
