The Avon Police Department provided the following information and it does not indicate a conviction.
Forgery
Keyona McCaskill-Cupe, 20, of 239 Westland St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery, issuing a bad check and fourth-degree larceny on Dec. 3 at 6:01 p.m. Police arrested her on an outstanding warrant and held her on a $50,000 bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 4.Â
