Jareese Mitchell, 25, of 49 Wadsworth St., Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery on Nov. 20 at 11:38 a.m. He was held on a $35,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21.
