
Disorderly Conduct
Douglas Charles Lord, 44, of 87 Chevas Rd., Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 1 at 3:01 p.m. He turned himself into police on an arrest warrant. Police released him on a $2,000 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 4.Â
Reckless Endangerment
Raymond Waller, 23, of 283 Chestnut St., New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility in an incident involving property damage or injury and first-degree reckless endangerment on Oct. 30 at 10 a.m. Police also cited him with failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, failure to obey a traffic control signal, improper passing, operating a motor vehicle without a license, reckless driving and speeding. Police released him on a $5,000 bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 30.Â
Larceny
Melody Latti, 28, of 48 Loveland St., Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Oct. 27 at 7:32 p.m. Police released her on a $1,000 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 13.Â
