Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
A juvenile was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 6 at 6:03 p.m. Police released the teen on a written promise to appear in court on Oct. 11.Â
Police made a second drug paraphernalia arrest in the same incident and also charged the individual with the first offense of possession of less than a half an ounce of marijuana, an infraction. The person was also released on a written promise to appear in court on Oct. 11.Â
