Avon Police Blotter: Sept. 22, 2013

Assault
Charles Curtis Nonken, 53, of 18 Lawrence Ave., Avon, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Sept. 22 at 6:11 p.m. Police arrested him in his home and issued him a $5,000 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 23.Â
Disorderly Conduct
Benjamin Nonken, 18, of 18 Lawrence Ave., Avon, was charged in the same incident with disorderly conduct on Sept. 22 at 5:49 p.m. Police released him on a written promise to appear in court on Sept. 23.Â
