Avon Public Library Presents 'Tapped', Award Winning Documentary
The documentary will be shown on Thursday, Jan. 19, 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

From Avon Public Library: “Tapped”, an award winning documentary that explores the bottled water industry and its effect on our health, climate change, pollution, and our reliance on oil, will be shown at the Avon Public Library, Thursday, January 19, 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Co-sponsored by the Avon Public Library and Save Our Water CT, “Tapped” is a disturbing portrayal of what happened in Maine when Nestle Bottling Co. moved to town. Explore the issues at stake as a multi-national water bottler moves into Connecticut. The film will be followed by a discussion and Q/A session.
