Avon Woman Charged In Hartford Broken-Bottle Assault
A local woman is facing charges that she cut someone with a broken bottle.
AVON, CT — A local woman has been charged with slashing someone with a broken bottle in a March 28 incident, The Hartford Courant reported. Ronda Heard, 40, of Avonwood Road, faces charges of first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.
Her bail was set at $50,000.
The incident occurred at a restaurant and bar at 381 Franklin Ave., according to The Courant.
