Boy Joins Mormon President in Turning the Soil at Farmington Temple Groundbreaking

A young boy named Aidan joined Mormon dignitaries and the Church's prophet in turning the soil at the groundbreaking Saturday, Aug. 17 for the new Mormon temple being build in Farmington.

After shoveling ceremonial dirt with elders, stake presidents, family and church officials, President Thomas S. Monson of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints motioned for a child in the front row to come up.

He gave him his shovel and helped him guide it into the soil.
