Co-Working Space Opens In Avon

AVON, CT — E.N.E. Realty Associates and the Avon Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to offer area remote workers, freelancers, telecommuters, homeworkers and start-ups prime co-working space.

“Our two organizations created this innovative collaboration, a first-of-its kind space for Avon, to help nurture the entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, professionals, as well as early stage businesses in the Farmington Valley who often work from home,” said Lisa Bohman, Executive Director, Avon Chamber of Commerce. “We want these people to come out of their basements, their kitchens and garages and be able to have access to professional space that they can utilize for either work or meetings, whenever the need arises.”

The Office Green Chamber Suites, located at 20 Tower Lane in Avon Park South, part of the Office Green Park owned and operated by E.N.E. Realty Associates, offers two private, fully furnished offices; a conference room with table and comfortable seating for six; a client waiting area; a work area with copier and fax; WiFi; ample free parking; a full service cafeteria; and on-site management by owner. And unlike traditional office space, The Office Green Chamber Suites can be rented by the hour, day, or month.
