Farmington Valley VNA Offering Blood Pressure And Blood Sugar Clinics

In order to meet some of the needs for blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring, the Farmington Valley VNA will run a clinic at their Simsbury office located at 8 Old Mill Lane every Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. starting on January 7, 2021.

In order to maintain social distancing, please call their office at (860) 651-3539 to schedule an appointment. Everyone will be required to wear a mask. They also currently run a blood pressure and blood sugar clinic at the Staples House on Monteith Drive in Farmington on Mondays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. The Farmington Valley VNA plans to offer these services as long as necessary.
