Mother's Day at Lisa's Crown & Hammer features pre-fixe menu

Lisa’s Crown & Hammer Restaurant & Pub, 3 Depot St., Collinsville, will offer a $29 three-course pre-fixe menu on Mother’s Day, May 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. in addition to the regular menu. All items on the pre-fixe menu can also be ordered a la carte; those prices are indicated.

First course choices are New England corn chowder ($6) or a fresh fruit and cheese plate ($7). The second course features petite crepes with berries, sweet cream cheese and a Grand Marnier glaze. Third course selections are Maryland Crab Benedict with blue crab, soft poached eggs, grilled asparagus, English muffin and Hollandaise ($17); corned beef hash with two eggs any style over English muffin and a side of Hollandaise; Crown croissant sliders with fried eggs, cheese and a choice of ham or bacon ($15); grilled chicken pesto wrap with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, grilled asparagus and balsamic glaze ($16); or grilled salmon spring spinach salad with apricots, mango, and strawberry balsamic vinaigrette ($16). Egg dishes are served with truffle home fries.
